Our verdict8,8/10

The Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete changes the logic of mopping: a continuously rinsed roller, the AquaRoll, replaces the spinning mops used across the rest of the lineup. At 799 €, it is the most accomplished model in the Aqua series — but not the right choice for every home.

The verdict in short

8.8/10. On paper, the Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete settles the main flaw of mopping robots: the mop that loads up with dirt and spreads it back with every pass. The AquaRoll roller, rinsed during cleaning rather than between cycles, cannot reproduce that flaw. Add the anti-matting FluffRoll, dual detergent and a station that refills itself, and you get the most accomplished mopping in the Dreame catalogue — provided your floors are mostly hard. On thick carpets with pets around, this is not the right machine: see below.

Pros

  • AquaRoll roller rinsed continuously: dirt is never spread back onto the floor
  • Counter-rotating FluffRoll: designed to limit matting of the roller’s fibres
  • Full station: automatic emptying, roller washing, drying and refilling
  • 30,000 Pa of suction — in the upper range of the lineup, not a weak point

Cons

  • AutoSeal protection helps, but a roller remains less suited to thick carpets than a liftable mop
  • Navigation limited to a VersaLift laser distance sensor, without the Track Complete’s OmniSight camera
  • 50 € more than the Track Complete for equivalent suction on paper

Who is it for?

Large tiled or wooden floors, where mopping matters more than raw suction. It is also the right choice if the idea of a mop passing back over dirty water genuinely bothers you — that is precisely the problem the AquaRoll is designed to eliminate.

Avoid it if…

You have thick carpets and pets at home: in that case, suction and the detangling brush matter more than the mopping system, and the L50s Pro Ultra at 749 € does better for less — see the comparison below.

Three different logics, three different uses. The Aqua10 Ultra Track Complete (749 €) replaces the roller with a TrackSync track washed continuously at 45 °C: a neighbouring approach in spirit, but with 25,000 Pa instead of 30,000 — a suction trade-off for 50 € less. The L50s Pro Ultra (749 €) plays an entirely different tune: conventional spinning mops, but 30,000 Pa and a detangling brush built for pet hair. On a thick carpet covered in hair, no mopping roller, however well designed, closes that gap. The choice comes down to your flooring, not to the most impressive spec sheet.

Maintenance and consumables

The AquaRoll roller is a wear part, like any spinning mop: to be replaced periodically depending on use, with no official frequency disclosed by Dreame to date. The station carries two detergent tanks (dual detergent) to top up, on top of the clean water. The 220 mL dust bin and the filter are cleaned as on the rest of the lineup. None of these items is documented with a precise cost by Dreame France as we write: we will update this page as soon as that changes.

Our method

Frequently asked questions

Is the Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete worth 799 €?

Yes, if mopping hard floors is your priority. The continuously rinsed AquaRoll roller and the self-refilling station justify the gap with the Aqua10 Roller at 699 €. If you mostly have thick carpets and pets, the L50s Pro Ultra at 749 € remains the better buy.

What is the difference between the Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete and the Aqua10 Roller?

The Ultra Roller Complete adds the FluffRoll, a second counter-rotating anti-matting roller, dual detergent, and a station that refills itself. The Aqua10 Roller (699 €) has the same basic AquaRoll roller, but a less complete station.

Does the AquaRoll roller damage tiles or laminate flooring?

On paper, no: Dreame describes a slow-rotating microfibre roller, rinsed with hot water, with no abrasive mechanism. We have not tested long-term wear on fragile varnished parquet, and no site has enough hindsight on a product this recent to state otherwise.

Does the Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete cross carpets without wetting them?

That is the job of the AutoSeal protection: it isolates the damp roller when a detected carpet is crossed. That said, a mopping roller remains structurally less suited to thick carpets than a conventional liftable mop — see the comparison with the L50s Pro Ultra below.
